Sedrun & Andermatt are two distinct ski and snowboard areas, covered by the same lift pass (Gotthard Oberalp Arena) and connected by the Matterhorn Gotthard Railway. The train stops conveniently at the Sedrun lift station to take you to Andermatt. Sedrun Andermatt offers 140 km (87 miles) of piste with skiing to 2963m and has extensive snowmaking throughout the area. Sedrun is best suited to beginner skiers and snowboarders with 80% of the area covered by snowmaking whilst Andermatt offers steep and challenging piste and off piste skiing.
